All equipment setup requests are subject to equipment and staff support availability.

All setup orders must be placed at least 2 working days before event.  Large scale and/or technically complex setups may require additional advance notice.  Call 756-2214 for more information.

Customer needs to provide a "contact person" who will be required to be on site 15-30 min before start of event depending on the technical complexity of the setup.

All laptops, LCD projectors, or similar high cost items will require a signature by the contact person upon delivery of equipment.

MDS must be notified at 756-7198 for early pick up at events ending earlier than the pre-arranged time.  The security of the equipment, left unattended, prior to the scheduled event end time is the responsibility of the customer.

Media Distribution Services will be responsible for:
• Delivery of requested MDS equipment.
• Setup and test of MDS equipment
• Strike down and return of equipment to MDS.

Technical support is available for hourly fee (see rates).  Customers can avoid or minimize technical support charges by attending an equipment orientation prior to the event.  Orientation arrangements need to be made at least 24 hrs. prior to the setup.

MDS cannot be responsible for the performance of the equipment if:
• MDS does not set up equipment.
• There is no contact person at the event site at the time of setup.
• Non-MDS equipment is used.
• Setup equipment has been relocated or modified by non-MDS staff.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hrs before the event scheduled start time.  Cancellations made within the 24 hrs. may be subject to delivery charges. Click here for rate information.
